Thoughts on 1 Corinthians 2:9
Rather, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9
God the Father has a way of doing the unimaginable and no one knows, what He has planned for those who love Him.
This scripture is enough to encourage us to live with expectation of greater things not seen, heard or imagined by anyone on earth.
He is working for our good at all times, as His goodness endures forever. You may be lonely, downcast, broken, and feel that things are not working for you, but there is a God in the midst of it all. Jesus is there to hold your hand if you reach out to Him. Just do not give up on God. Things will surely shine bright in your life because He is looking out for you day and night.
Prayer: I surrender my all to You Lord Jesus. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know that You have great things planned for me. Help me to live each day faithfully serving You and waiting expectantly for my reward. So I thank You and give You all my praise. Amen
