Praying with The Scriptures

Updated: Apr 15, 2021

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Prayer:

I receive the peace of the Lord today.

I choose not to worry but instead have confidence in Christ to take care of my life, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Prayer:

Thank You, Lord, for being my light and my salvation.

You, oh, Lord, are my VICTORY. I am a product of Your grace. I believe in Your and will therefore face everything with confidence and not fear in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. Prayer:

Thank You, Lord, for Your Spirit of love that gives me boldness and a sound mind. I rebuke any spirit of fear in my life and my loved ones, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Romans 8:28

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Prayer: Thank You, Lord, for Your love towards me. Waiting for You is not easy but I am grateful because You always reward those who love You. Let it be so in my life according to Your word in Romans 8:28, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Prayer: Father, Your promises for me may take long, but You will never fail me. So I choose, to wait on You faithfully because You will complete Your work in me, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Prayer: How awesome is Your grace that saves oh Lord! I could not save myself from the yoke of sin but You did. I live for You and because of You Jesus. Help me Holy Spirit to love and serve the Lord faithfully, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

Psalm 108:2

Arise, my soul, and sing his praises! I will awaken the dawn with my worship, greeting the daybreak with my songs of light.

Exaltation:

My soul, arise and praise the Lord. My spirit rejoices in Christ the Messiah. It is the Lord's doing that I am alive, so I will not despair no matter what happens in my life. My soul, arise and praise the Lord!

God Bless You
