Mark 10:18 “And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good except God alone.”
God is good through and through. It is in His character. His perspective on things is also way different than ours. The human character is often flawed because of sin.
When pushed to the limit, you hear questions like ‘if God is good, why did? Sin brings with it things that assail the human race. Our objective is to look unto Jesus Christ so that He can help us in our life’s journeys.
God is good all the time to eternity, Psalm 100:5 “For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations.” He never changes but we do. That is why we all need to have the mind and character of Christ.
